We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with an MBA in Finance and over 6 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic solutions based on requirements, coordinating new projects, and ensuring the successful testing and delivery of functionalities. As the Product Owner for in-house products, you will prepare blueprint and functional specification documents and contribute to capability building within the business. Your role will involve understanding and guiding the design of functionalities required by users, leading ongoing reviews of business processes, gathering requirements, and managing the development of interfaces between trading systems. Additionally, you will evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. You will prioritize initiatives, design, document, and maintain system processes, and develop relationships with partners and vendors. Reporting on common technical issues and making recommendations to the product team, preparing business requirement specifications, and staying updated on the latest IT advancements are also key aspects of this role. You will design and implement new functions for the organization and communicate key insights to the product team and stakeholders while supporting users across different geographies.
